A trip to The Somme is a great way to gain a better perspective of events leading up to WWI and to develop your understanding of the events & the sacrifices made. We visit Passchendaele, Langemarck German Cemetery, Essex Farm, the source of the poppy legend, the Last Post at Menin Gate, Vimy Ridge & Tunnels and In Flanders Fields Museum to give us an insight to life on the front line.
