The largest farming and countryside show in England, held on the 250 acre Great Yorkshire Showgrounds on the edge of the beautiful spa town of Harrogate. The 'Main Ring' is the centre attraction with everything from international show jumping to the world-class cattle parade. You can also visit the popular food hall, Cookery Theatre, fashion shows and a host of country pursuit displays including falconry.

The tour is based in the 4 star Hilton Hotel in Leeds, just 15 minutes from Harrogate. We spend Tuesday at the show (admission ticket included) and offer a choice on Wednesday. You can return to Harrogate for another day at the show or to spend some time in this charming floral town. Another option is a day in Leeds, the shopping capital of Yorkshire (or exploring the famous Armoury), or any combination of these you like. The coach will travel to Harrogate in the morning, return to Leeds around midday, going back to Harrogate in early afternoon and finally picking up at the Showgrounds in Harrogate to return to the hotel in time for dinner.
