2012 was another record-breaking year for Ulsterbus Tours to the Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney with over 100 tours completed. Together we again say a big thank you to everyone who has joined a tour, often more than once over the years, and to extend a very warm invitation to return in 2013 and this time, bring some friends. The fun starts in Belfast. Five and six day trips are again on offer with a variety of exciting itineraries including the ever popular Sightseeing Tours and a range of more specialist holidays featuring Country Music, Social and Ballroom Dancing and in March, the unique ‘Gathering’ Traditional Music weekend.

Ulsterbus-Gleneagle tours started 11 years ago in the winter of 2002 with the introduction of their unique ‘Christmas Craic-er’. It has now become an annual event for many people, with as much as half a dozen coaches leaving Belfast for Killarney on a single morning in the weeks

leading up to Christmas.

A five-day tour over the actual Christmas period is now on offer (see page 74 Christmas in Ireland). As always with Gleneagle, additional tours will be introduced throughout the year so please watch local press for details.
