Dear Mr Thompson
English Riviera Tour - Saturday 28 August 2010
Last week my wife and I had a wonderful holiday on the English Riviera courtesy of Ulsterbus tours. I would like to single out Driver Robert McLaughlin, whose unfailing good humour, courtesy and kindness were the making of the tour. Robert showed particular kindness and patience to my wife who is physically handicapped. He is a professional to his fingertips such as we have come to expect from Ulsterbus drivers.
I would also like to pay particular compliment to the management and staff of the Livermead Hotel in Torquay. Having stayed at hotels all over Europe I can not think of one which matched the hospitality of the Livermead. Everyone with whom we came into contact was friendly, helpful and courteous. Particular mention must be made of the chef and his team. The menu provided a wide choice of dishes, all of superb quality and it was served up by an obviously highly trained, predominantly young staff who took a pride in carrying out their duties in a manner which spoke of the highest professional standards. I sincerely hope to meet up with them again.

Grand Gardens Tour - Monday 24th May 2010
We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our recent holiday with Ulsterbus tours. The entire trip was a pleasure with a relaxing and interesting schedule. A special note of thanks must go to our "driver" Dirk who was excellent in not only his driving abilities but his attitude and helpfulness and willingness to go that extra mile to ensure everyone on the trip was happy.
We look forward to more trips

"Stress free holidays with Ulsterbus"
I am writing to thank you for the lovely holiday we had in Rudesheim. Your office staff were wonderful arranging our reservations on the ferries and the hotel. Everything went so well - our cabins were comfortable as was the super buffet meals on board and we had nice meals in the hotel. The driver was informative and very friendly.
I am glad we have 2 more holidays booked with Ulsterbus Tours in 2010.

The Wye Valley - 11 May 2009
After a wonderful holiday last year to the Warner Thoresby Hall our group of four went to The Wye Valley. We enjoyed Holme Lacy House and we had the same driver, Dirk, who is so good at his job. The weather was mixed and the only mix up was the hotel forgot about our early breakfast when we were leaving. The four of us are also going on your tour to Nidd Hall in October this year.
Ulsterbus Tours gives excellent value for money and I look forward to receiving your next Special Breaks brochure.
Thank you

Westport Tour - March 2009
I am writing to you personally to say how much we enjoyed last week's tour to Westport. Your coach was clean and comfortable and the Clew Bay Hotel was well appointed with good food and friendly staff.
But all this would not have been so enjoyable if we had not been blessed with a caring and pleasant driver. David was truly the icing on the cake. One of us required a good deal of assistance and David was always on hand doing his best to help; doing it in a tactful way which did not cause embarrassment to the disabled person.
Sincerely
Mrs ED
